New Draft Law on Non-Commercial Organisations- an Attempt to Silence the Vocal Civil Society Representatives?

New provisions of the draft law on non-commercial organizations banning the external financing of the non-governmental organisations presented by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova are threatening the existence of the associative sector and democracy in the country.

The latter is the opinion of a series of Moldovan NGOs that made a declaration in this sense.
